Need Your Help

In keeping with my vow to ask for help, I need some help from you, faithful blog readers. I am wondering which Rojo stories over the years have struck you the most. I am busily making notes for the book about him/us and am having trouble deciding what stays and what goes.

Would you please either leave a comment below or drop me an e-mail and let me know your favorite(s)? You can be as brief or expansive as you want/have time for!

A million thanks,
Carrie

Blue twos. Hands down.

And I love the Flicka and ice cream stories from this summer.

Love you!

So many. All the ones where he creates new and profound meaning with old and tired words. My favorite is how he leads your family's morning devotional time.

I love how he uses cuss words. Not JUST that, but... It just cracks me up because he is so sweet! And it just shows that cussing is not a moral issue. lol!

But I also love the story from not long ago about the ATM. and I love the times he seems to know JUST what you are thinking and need... And so many others, I will go look.

:)

That is HARD carrie...I can say off the top of my head that I LOVE how Flicka came into your family's life and how she took to Rojo, knowing her place immediately.

All the stories of him believing that something would happen, and then it does. Meeting friends at the ice cream truck springs to mind. Oh! And I remembered something else, something he said, but I have to find it. I'll let you know when I do, because it was one of my favorite things - but the exact words are escaping me at the moment. I'll find it! xo

I am going to have to say the Hallelujah Game. I still remember the trick - say something three times.

Sorry Not Sorry

I'm sorry I keep pointing you towards BrenĂ© Brown's podcast,  Unlocking Us , but I'm not that  sorry.* I've appreciated ever...
