Wow. What if we did? I have been stressing about making the holiday "enough" for the kids, as much as all their friends so they won't be disapointed. And the whole time I don't want to do it! I don't know how to drive home the REAL meaning in the middle of all the STUFF and the shared energy around it all... It really needs to be like a mass change in consciousness like this urges! I love that idea.

We've never "gone big" for Christmas, and our kids don't know the difference. It's one advantage of living far from relatives(and social isolation)LOL. The kids don't compare what they got with cousins or anyone else.
